Here God is not asking you to pretend you're okay. He is not telling you to move on quickly or to numb your emotions.
He acknowledged your pain and

Separation can crush the spirit. You question everything, your worth, the meaning of the relationship, whether you could have done something differently.

But God promises that He rescues you from
this internal collapse.

Your tears do not make you weak.
You are not forgotten.
